We have a 3 barrel brewing kettle and three 3 barrel unibrite tanks for production of 279 gallons of beer. We keg and can our own beer, which is only offered in our Taproom & Grill. We are currently discussing expansion of distrubtion to reach local bars and restaurants begining 2020
Our brew day includes cleaning, mash, boil, cool down, transfer and yeast pitch is a 6 hour process followed by another 1 hour cleaning process. Cleanliness is next to Godliness!! We make 2 beer styles when we brew which totals to a 14 hour day.
